عن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه أن رجلا قال للنبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: أوصني, قال: ((لا تغضب)). فردد مرارا; قال: ((لا تغضب)). رواه البخاري
From Abu Hurayrah radiallahu anhu, said that someone come to Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam and said: "Give me a will". He replied, "You do not get angry!" The man repeated his request repeatedly, then the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said: "You do not get angry!" [Reported by al-Bukhari].

Takhrij Hadith
This hadeeth Saheeh. Syarah Hadith
Companions who asked testament in this hadith named Jariyah bin Qudamah ra. He asked testament to the Prophet with a succinct testament that collects various cases goodness, so that he can memorize it and practice it. So the Prophet intestate him that he was not angry. Then he repeated his request repeatedly, was the Prophet still give the same answer. It shows that anger is something very important to keep, because it could be subject of various crimes, and refrain from it is a staple of all goodness.

Anger is the devil embers thrown into the hearts of the children of Adam so that he have a temper, burning his chest, nerves tensed, his face flushed, and sometimes expressions and actions do not make sense.

DEFINITION OF ANGRY
Angry agitation is blood in the heart to resist interference is feared happened or because they want revenge on those who inflict disorder that occurs to him.
Angry cause lot of actions that forbidded like hitting, throwing glassware, tortured, hurt people, and remove words that are forbidden as accused, abused, said dirty, and various forms hurting, hostility, even to kill, as well as it could be rise to the level of disbelief as occurred in Jabalah bin Aiham, and such oaths not to be retained by syar'i, or wife divorce followed by remorse.
Al-Haafiz Ibn Hajar al-'Asqalani rahimahullah said, "The essence angry is not prohibited as a matter of tabi'at that can not be lost of human habitual behavior."
What is meant by the above hadith is angry because indulgence and cause damage.
