The Disreputes Of Debt

Debt on islam are allowed but as you can didn’t involved to debt. Because the people who died while he has dependents debt, then he will get a lot of harm. At least three disrepute for who have debt and didn't pay it before died.

First disrepute: Do not be prayed by the religious leaders and the public. The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam did not shalat for bodies men who have debts.

It was narrated from Salamah bin Al-Akwa 'radhiyallaahu' anhu, he said, "We used to sit on the side of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, then are brought a corpse. People who transported the bodies said, “Shalat for him!' He asked, 'Does he have any debts?' They replied, 'No.' He asked, 'Did he leave legacy?' They replied, 'No.' Then Prophet shalat for him. Then again brought the bodies of others. People who took him said, 'Shalat for him!' He asked, 'Does he have any debts?' They replied, 'Yes.' He asked, 'Did he leave legacy?' They replied, 'There three dinars. 'Then Prophet Shalat for him. Then the bodies are brought third. People who took him said, 'Shalat for him!' He asked, 'Did he leave legacy?' They replied, 'No.' He asked, 'Does he have any debts?' They replied, 'There three dinars. 'He said,' Pray ye to your friends! Then Abu Qatada said, 'Shalat for him! Ya Rasulullah! Debt became my responsibility. 'Then Prophet shalat for him. "(Reported by al-Bukhaari no. 2289).

Second disrepute: his sins will not be forgiven until it is resolved the problem with people who debted. It was narrated from Abu Qatada radhiyallaahu 'anhu from the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam that a person asked the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam:
"What do you think if I am killed in the way of Allah, if my sins are forgiven?"
He replied:
"Yes, provided you wait, expecting a reward, to go to war and do not escape, except debt. Indeed Gabriel 'new peace be upon him tell it "(Muslim no. 4880/1885)
The above hadith explains that any worship, even the most afdhal even if that is the right God can not abort an obligation to fulfill the rights of others.

Third disrepute: Detained not get to heaven, even though he has a lot of practice until it is resolved the problem with people who debted. Tsauban narrated, the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:
"Those who die while he was innocent of three things, namely: pride, ghuluul (steal the spoils before distribution) and the debt, then he will go to heaven. (Reported by At-Tirmidhi no. 1572, Ibn Majah no. 2412 and others. Shaykh Al-Albani said, "Sahih" in Saheeh Sunan Ibni Majah)
