4 Motivation For Sharing Food
Abdullah bin Amr r.a. said that a man asked the Messenger of Allah. "Islam which is better?" He said, "You provide the food and greeting on people you know and do not know." (HR. Bukhari)
The Hadith is a tradition that is popular and is often heard, but that so the question is whether we can put it into practice?
Because goodness feed in addition to the advice of the Apostle as well as a sign of good Islamic. And social values of mutual feeding is a form of adhesion and strength of socialism.
Of course, much good can be felt when the practice of feeding others,
a. ukhrawi value, get the reward of goodness, get sustenance doubled, recorded as philanthropist, etc.
b. Value worldly, get social cohesion, got a nice view of the community, providing breadth and spaciousness soul, etc.
And here are the tips that we were able to provide food to others, namely:
1. Do not assume the property is everything
Often people do not want infaq or share his property in part because they think the treasure is everything, if the money is rightfully eating five dishes then do not want to give to others. So no matter how much food is available in front never thought to give it to the family and relatives.
And if you examine yourself all sustenance is God, including foods that are before. If the provision takes precedence over the giver of sustenance then indirectly we have done kufr even further to idolatry.
2. Seeing the suffering of others
Social media, electronic media or the media give the shows that could give contemplation and tasyakur inside, seeing people outside the house. Many are located on the street homeless, homelessness and even eat with minimal material.
Seeing that all is appropriate that touched our heart, because God is so great favors granted in the form of housing and food are often forgotten.
3. Increase affection
Every human being would have loved ones and cherished. Remember to always spread the love. Do not need much attention and asked their news every day, enough to give food with a smile, it is already a form of affection. And those who were given the food would be happy.
4. Always remember the reward that God gives
Remember that every good act for seed particles also must be taken into account, because it make goodness as much as possible in order to get the reward and pleasure of Allah swt. God will never reneged on his promise and always be a helper to people of faith, pious and righteous deeds.
