Law Of Consumes Sea Creature

Many Muslims are confused and do not know about the law of the sea creature that came from, how the haram and halal status and how if it has become a carcass?
These can be answered by following hadith
From Abu Hurairah Radliyallaahu 'anhu that the Prophet Shallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam said about the (water) sea. "The sea water is sacred and purifying, the carcass was halal" Four and issued by Imam Ibn Abi Shaybah. Lafadh hadith by Ibn Abi Shaybah history and considered shohih by Ibn Khuzaimah and Tirmidhi. Malik, Shafi'i, and Ahmad also narrated.

The sea water is sacred and so purify sea creatures and carcass meat halal because it has been washed away by seawater.
However, it should be noted also, to Muslims, to be able practice this hadith has been well and truly, between are:

1. The carcasses lawful but do not use haram material

At the time of catching fish and find out when brought home dead then be processed and cooked, but do not cook with spices or mixed with unclean materials.
Because even though the main ingredient halal but if sprinkled with proceedings haram then it could be unlawful as mixing the fish with dangerous substances such as formalin, borax, bleach and chemicals nonfood so that the carcass of lasting a long time and said this is halal while he knew what was done on the fish carcasses.

2. Halal must be processed correctly

Sea creature types are certainly a lot of fish, sharks, starfish, clams, octopus, jellyfish etc. Though they are from the ocean that halal but we have to know how to cultivate it.
Such as puff fish on several parts of his body are toxic. Do not because it is eaten voraciously halal without consideration.
Seafood processing should use the science, because God created these creatures are not the same in order to be a lesson for all mankind.
These sea creatures must be treated with the dose and the right way, because many marine species then automatically how to process can also vary in order to produce meat is tasty and worthy of consumption.

3. Halal not necessarily Thayib

Although halal but also bear in mind human immunity and disease are varied. There are several halal food, but not necessarily good for those who eat it.
Such as quail eggs or organs in animals that danger is eaten by people with high blood pressure. Of course, the type of meat sea creatures also have to use science, though lawful, but we have to know that the fish type A is not good for people with allergic disease or other diseases.
