'Application Interface The Dog', How Muslim Respond It?

In Al-Quran Al-A'raf verse 176, Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala says,
'And if We willed, We should have (degrees) with his verses, but he clung to the earth and followed his own lust low. the parable like a dog if you chase his tongue and if you let him stretching out his tongue (also). such is the likeness of those who reject Our signs. so tell (them) stories that make them think. "
