The Corpse Was Buried Without Prayed?

There is an incident, a Batak tribe, convert, and then died. His wife and brother (who number slightly) is fighting for in the grave in Islam. But his extended family, demanded in the grave are Christians. After a long debate, and with its consideration of the bodies, finally, buried in Christianity.

Answer:

Bismillah was shalatu was salamu 'ala Rasulillah, wa ba'du,

The case shows how you tell the Muslims is God's servant tolerant. Even though they are the majority, but they could let the worshipers of the cross to take care of that when his corpse had converted to Islam.

What is expected of the cross worshipers with the bodies that have been converted to Islam? While the man facing his god with a charity that he did before he died. Even if they do cremation for the deceased Muslim, it would not have made her a Christian. Mayit Muslims can not be baptized.

The existence of Muslim bodies, not only the responsibility of the family, but also the responsibility of all Muslims in the vicinity. Therefore, when Muslim families who can not afford, then the Muslims must protect others. Because Muslims are brothers.

Apart from the arrogance of the worshipers of the cross, we will discuss the legal bodies of Muslims are buried before be prayed.

Procedures in dealing with bodies that are taught in Islam there are four in the order,

[1] Bathing

[2] Mengkafani

[3] Menshalatkan

[4] entomb

This sequence should not be reversed. If reversed, the offender guilty.

Al-Khatib as-Syarbini - Syafiiyah scholars - in his explanation stated,

ويجب تقديمها أي الصلاة على الدفن وتأخيرها عن الغسل أو التيمم عند العجز عن استعمال الماء, فإن دفن من غير صلاة أثم كل من توجه عليه فرض الصلاة إلا أن يكون عذر

Mandatory putting prayer before burying the bodies ... if there are bodies buried before be prayed, then all that is required menshalati body was sinful, unless there is udzur. (Mughni al-Muhtaj, 2/28)

Furthermore, what if the Muslim obligation of the bodies had been buried?

There are two opinions of scholars there,

First, grave corpse disassembled then be prayed

Second, the grave is not dismantled, and still be prayed at the grave

This second opinion is the opinion of the majority of scholars.

Ibn Qudaamah said,

If buried before prayers, according to a history of Imam Ahmad, grave dismantled, and be prayed. And also according to other testimony from him (Imam Ahmad) that if it be prayed at the grave, be. Al-Qadi (Abu Ya'la) choose the opinion that she be prayed at the grave, and not demolished. This is the opinion of Abu Hanifah and al-Shafi'i. (Al-Mughni, 2/414)

Ar-Ramli - scholars Syafiiyah - stated,

Mandatory putting prayer before burying the bodies ... if there are bodies buried before be prayed, then all bury sinners, including those who agree to be prayed the funeral before. Because shall precede prayers before the funeral, if there is no udzur. and praying enough bodies in the grave because the cemetery is not dismantled just to prayed. (Nihayah al-Muhtaj, 2/486).

InsyaaAllah second opinion this is closer.

God knows best.
